Product introduction

       XGN2-12 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is used for power acceptance and distribution of 50Hz three-phase AC system of 12KV or below. It is especially suitable for occasions of frequent operation. Single busbar system is adopted. (Single busbar with bypass and double-busbar structure might be derived).

       XGN2-12(G) box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a plateau type product derived from common switch and is suitable for using in high altitude areas.

       The switchgear meets requirements of state standard GB3906 A.C. Metal-Enclosed Switchgear for Rated Voltages of 3-35kV and International Standard IEC298, and is equipped with sound "Five-prevention" lock function. 

       Main switch of the switchgear is equipped with ZN28A-10 vacuum circuit breaker and SN10-10 oil-minimum breaker, CD10 and CD17 electromagnetism as well as CT8 and CT17/CT19 spring operating mechanism. According to user demands, ZN28-10, ZN73 and other integrated circuit breaker might be used. CN30-10 rotary disconnecting switch, GN22-10 heavy current disconnecting switch and GN30-10 rotary heavy current disconnecting switch are adopted. 

Normal using environment:       

1. Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C; lower limit-25°C.

2. Altitude: no more than 1,000m, altitude for plateau type switchgear should not exceed 3,000m.

3. Relative humidity: daily mean ≤95%, monthly mean≤90%;

4. Water vapor pressure: annual mean: ≤ 2.2×10Mpa, monthly mean ≤ 1.8×10Mpa. 

5. Seismic intensity: no more than magnitude 8°.

6. Places without fire disaster, explosion risk, heavy pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
